Technical Solution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support to comprehend laboratory workflows across the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, and chemical materials sectors.

• Recognize customer requirements and discover business prospects.

• Independently design experiments and carry out pre-sales sample analyses.

• Advocate for Agilent liquid chromatography solutions or innovate new solutions.

• Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to assist with liquid chromatography and single quadrupole instruments both before and after sales.

• Technically align with the sales process to enhance customer relationships and boost sales win rates.

• Support the company's strategic goals and formulate regional action plans based on market and customer dynamics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials, Pharmaceutical, or related disciplines.

• A minimum of 3 years of pertinent analytical experience.

• Familiarity with liquid chromatography and single quadrupole mass spectrometry hardware.

• Insight into applications, market development trends, and competitive intelligence regarding mainstream brands.

• Capability to work autonomously.

• A spirit of innovation and a readiness to tackle challenges.

• Willingness to accept a travel ratio of 30%–40%.

• A passion for learning and self-driven motivation.
