Technical Service Representative, Level 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire and enhance your expertise in the Alliant Systems and LinenMaster software platforms.

• Deliver technical assistance to clients through phone, email, and remote support tools.

• Diagnose software issues and guide clients through effective solutions.

• Record customer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce.

• Support software installations, updates, and user training sessions.

• Collaborate with implementation and development teams to address more intricate challenges.

• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members to ensure prompt resolution of service requests.

• Assist in customer onboarding processes, including data validation and system configuration.

• Spot opportunities to enhance the customer experience and disseminate best practices.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or a minimum of three years of experience in technical support, help desk, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.

• Proficient troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

• Outstanding customer service and communication capabilities.

• Eager to learn new software applications.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to travel, if necessary.
