Technical Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Acts as a subject matter expert in pest control strategies for designated market segments and lines of business.

• Tasked with developing and assisting Operations in the execution of top-tier service delivery protocols and procedures.

• Aids Operations in addressing service quality concerns, pest infestations, and customer satisfaction challenges through data analysis, site evaluations, troubleshooting, coaching, and the creation and implementation of corrective action plans.

• Mentors and enhances the pest control knowledge and skills of Operations leaders to facilitate the growth and coaching of Technicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• A four-year college degree in biological science, specifically in entomology or a related field, is preferred but not mandatory.

• Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) is preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in structural pest management is required.

• Over 2 years of field experience in Structural Pest Management.

• A minimum of 1 year of management experience is required.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Proficient in change management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the capability to deliver formal presentations.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
