This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Offer technical assistance to Sales Engineers and clients.
• Conduct technical training sessions at customer locations.
• Accompany Sales Engineers during visits to clients and potential clients.
• Discover new growth opportunities within the business sector and provide the necessary technical support to secure them.
• Initiate and assist with the launch of new products.
• Provide feedback on product performance to Headquarters, actively participating in new product development.
• Take a lead role in activities driven by technical needs.
• Analyze and communicate laboratory results effectively.
• A solid educational background in chemistry or a technical expertise in fluid management.
• Ideally, 1–3 years of relevant experience within the metalworking industry.
• Experience in a customer-facing position, comfortable communicating at all levels from shop floor to senior management.
• A proactive attitude with strong analytical abilities, capable of making prompt decisions and understanding their implications.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK mainland, including frequent overnight stays.
