This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signage, and gaming controllers.
• Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and urgent requests, prioritizing critical situations.
• Conduct Pre-Site Surveys, adhere to schedules, and execute assigned service tasks.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and comply with the parts inventory process.
• Assist customers with technical questions and provide necessary documentation.
• Document trends, requirements, and service challenges.
• Review pre-installation documents to identify required components.
• Collect and accurately report service activities using field service management tools.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high customer service standards.
• Manage day-to-day tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.
• Operate designated service vehicles equipped with GPS and real-time camera monitoring systems.
• Safely and efficiently operate a box truck.
• Function in busy, noisy, and smoky casino environments.
• Travel with little or no notice for potentially extended durations.
• Provide technical support to ensure the success of Aristocrat Gaming customers.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Clean and valid driver’s license, maintaining an insurable driving record.
• Capable of obtaining a gaming license as needed.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
• Regional and national travel may reach up to 30%.
• Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.
• Enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment, multitask, and achieve objectives.
• Effective and constructive communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Capability to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to push up to 250 pounds with assistance from moving equipment.
• Proficient in climbing and balancing on ladders.
• Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and vision.
• Ability to drive and operate a vehicle for prolonged periods.
• Previous experience as a slot technician, field service of technical products, or related diagnostic work is preferred.
• Experience working in the field, being on-call, and traveling for work is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronics, mechanics, and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the job posting location without current or future visa sponsorship.
