Technical Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Delivers technical assistance to Sales Engineers and customers.

• Conducts technical training sessions for clients.

• Accompanies Sales Engineers on visits to clients and potential clients.

• Discovers new growth opportunities and offers technical assistance.

• Initiates and supports the launch of new products.

• Provides feedback on product performance to aid in new product development.

• Takes a leading role in activities driven by technical requirements.

• Analyzes and conveys laboratory results effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong educational background in chemistry or a technical grounding in fluid management.

• 1-3 years of pertinent experience in the metalworking sector.

• Experience in a customer-facing position.

• Capable of communicating effectively at all organizational levels, from shop floor to senior management.

• Proactive mindset complemented by robust analytical abilities.

• Ability to work independently while being highly communicative.

• Proficient in English.
