This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and provides technical support for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, and performs minor repairs on products within a designated territory.

• Evaluates products for proper functioning, addresses any identified issues, and escalates them in accordance with established protocols.

• Organizes service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and comprehension of product functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education or relevant work experience is required.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the requirements for DN's fleet.
