Field Service Technician, Remote - Portland, ME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer service that enhances client satisfaction, loyalty, and trust.

• Identify, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems to minimize downtime and callbacks.

• Install, maintain, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment.

• Oversee a multi-zip-code territory within a 45-minute radius of Portland, Maine.

• Utilize hand tools and small power tools to conduct repairs, maintenance, and installations.

• Uphold a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

• Enjoy engaging with and repairing mechanical or electrical components.

• Willingness to spend significant time driving and working independently in the field.

• Driven by the potential to increase earnings through service and parts sales.

• Able to lift over 55 lbs. and perform activities such as bending, squatting, stooping, or standing for prolonged periods.

• Possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

• Familiarity with Windows, PCs, and basic networking is preferred.

• Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment is preferred.
