This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accountable for the installation and repair of designated Agfa products.
• Conduct safety assessments of electrical and environmental conditions at customer locations.
• Perform testing on products to confirm functional operation.
• Validate operating performance in collaboration with the customer.
• Review fundamental operational functions with the customer during installation.
• Execute preventive maintenance and repair tasks on assigned SMA.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Regional Manager.
• Record service calls, expenses, and time reports on a daily basis.
• Oversee parts ordering and the return of repairable spare parts components.
• Ensure that service aids, tools, and diagnostic equipment are in a service-ready condition.
• Keep close contact with the scheduler to fulfill all response time and uptime commitments.
• Advocate for all Agfa offerings.
• Comprehend and comply with all safety policies while on the job and when operating the company vehicle.
• Bilingual – French (mandatory).
• At least an associate degree in electronics technology or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a high-tech field, specifically in printing, publishing, or inkjet environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem analysis and judgment capabilities.
• Self-aware and self-motivated individual.
• Familiarity with the Graphics, Inkjet, Printing/Publishing market is an asset.
• Solid understanding of customer service and support principles.
• Experience and knowledge of remote diagnostics.
