This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Offer extensive pre-sales and post-sales assistance throughout our product range.
• Work closely with clients to gain insights into their requirements.
• Showcase solutions, devise methodologies, and ensure the effective implementation of our technologies.
• Assist clients in optimizing the value of their investments while fostering strong, enduring relationships.
• Provide technical presentations, training sessions, and hands-on assistance.
• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; no previous experience is necessary with relevant analytical instruments or laboratory techniques.
• Preferred academic disciplines include Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related scientific area.
• Industry certifications pertinent to specific product lines are desirable.
• Proven technical proficiency in product applications and method development.
• Strong skills in presentation and training for conducting technical seminars and customer education.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting and optimization tasks.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize conflicting demands.
• Willingness to travel between 20-50% of the time.
• Capacity to analyze market trends and contribute to product strategy.
• Experience with quality systems and regulatory standards (GMP, ISO, etc.).
• A collaborative mindset for working alongside sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Strong documentation skills for creating application notes and technical materials.
• Professional fluency in English.
• A customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
