This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +4 more states.
• Facilitate growth by utilizing technical sales expertise and managing customer relationships.
• Offer advanced technical guidance while showcasing our innovative product offerings to academic, pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial clients.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and clients to present compelling value propositions, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver thorough application support.
• Assist customers in enhancing their research and manufacturing capabilities, contributing to our goal of promoting a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.
• A Master's degree coupled with 2 years of experience in technical sales or comparable laboratory/industry experience.
• Desired Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Professional certifications relevant to specific product areas (e.g., Medical Laboratory Technology) may be necessary for certain roles.
• Profound technical knowledge in pertinent scientific applications and workflows.
• Exceptional presentation and consultation abilities for delivering technical product demonstrations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and related technical software.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time to customer locations and events.
• Experience in developing and sustaining strategic customer relationships.
• Thorough understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry advancements.
• Capability to work efficiently within a matrix organization.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with scientific progress.
