This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Identify, connect with, and engage potential customers, including new logo acquisition and whitespace opportunities, in collaboration with Central Sales.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive technical exploration.
• Plan, execute, and oversee technical demonstrations and trials to confirm customer suitability and enhance adoption rates.
• Propel deal advancement by framing the solution alignment, quantifying customer benefits, addressing technical concerns, and emphasizing value.
• Promote the specified product and service offerings to showcase technical compatibility with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Central Sales to shape customer proposals and commercial offers by providing essential technical insights.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance to ensure customer adoption and foster repeat revenue.
• Transition newly acquired accounts to Central Sales once adoption is confirmed.
• Coordinate with established technical support teams.
• Gather and disseminate Voice-of-Customer insights to inform the designated product portfolio and enhance sales enablement.
• Systematically share customer insights with Central Sales for integration into account strategies.
• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in technical sales, applications support, or pre-sales roles within a scientific or technical setting.
• Proven hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and secure new opportunities.
• Strong practical technical skills, including conducting demos, trials, and customer assessments.
• Exceptional consultative communication abilities to convey technical and commercial value to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM systems and structured sales methodologies.
• Strong documentation practices.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
