β’ Reduce the time it takes for representatives to ramp up by managing the technical aspect of sales onboarding and continuous training, enabling reps to independently handle most technical discussions without routing everything through TSS;
β’ Remove the single point of failure regarding technical expertise by alleviating the workload of the current TSS across pre-sales, expansion, and partner-led deals, ensuring that no deal is delayed waiting on one individual;
β’ Accelerate deal cycles by providing demonstrations that set the internal benchmark β those that representatives study, replicate, and learn from;
β’ Propel deals to closure as a technical co-closer, rather than just a validator β reinforcing value, navigating gaps with the roadmap and vision, and maintaining momentum when the answer isnβt a straightforward "yes, today";
β’ Influence the product roadmap by converting field patterns into actionable input that PMs can utilize β and providing feedback to reps when new features are released;
β’ Enhance Migrate-to-Protect attachment rates by assisting in expansion discussions with existing clients and aiding AEs and AMs in connecting the dots between products;
β’ Increase the team's technical efficiency by creating reusable assets and AI-powered workflows to prevent recurring issues from burdening the team.
β’ Proven experience in a customer-facing technical sales position within a B2B SaaS organization;
β’ Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform (experience in governance, migration, or related areas is a significant advantage);
β’ Strong business acumen with a proven ability to influence deals to closure;
β’ Excellent demo skills β you approach it as a discipline rather than just a task;
β’ A builder mentality: you seek systems and AI workflows that enhance your knowledge instead of exchanging your time for each problem;
β’ Authentic AI fluency β capable of developing your own workflows, not just utilizing tools superficially;
β’ Effective and confident communication skills with diverse audiences, from IT administrators to CIOs to partner sales representatives (bilingual in French and English is a considerable asset).
