Technical Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the expansion of the Converting Technologies Envelope Machine division across North America.

• Offer technical knowledge and commercial assistance throughout the entire customer journey.

• Serve as a technical liaison among customers, sales, engineering, and operations teams.

• Create solutions that enhance machine efficiency and promote aftermarket sales opportunities.

• Collaborate with regional sales teams to pinpoint and cultivate new opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a comparable technical field is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or support for industrial machinery.

• Familiarity with envelope converting machinery, packaging equipment, or flexible packaging production is preferred.

• Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and machine system layouts.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with both technical and commercial groups.
