This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct evaluations of customer processes.
• Analyze, uncover, and comprehend the customer's business challenges.
• Leverage knowledge of industry trends, technology, and market changes to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing customer processes.
• Gather metrics to quantify and validate the customer's return on investment (ROI) for technical closure purposes.
• Collaborate with Autodesk partners as necessary to facilitate the adoption of recommended Autodesk solutions.
• Articulate and promote Autodesk's distinct business advantages in competitive scenarios.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and discussions through in-person meetings, web-based platforms, or alternative methods.
• Shape product development and direction through customer insights and identified business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to aid in the formulation, management, and execution of strategies aimed at closing sales.
• Enhance the success of Autodesk resellers through technical sales activities and execution.
• Foster internal sales and team development by creating sales content.
• Engage in company-sponsored events and trade shows to showcase Autodesk's solutions and the customer business challenges they address.
• Identify customer business and technical processes/workflows/requirements to establish a "trusted advisor" relationship, supporting customers in their digital transformation journey.
• Oversee the complete technical evaluation process, from qualification to post-sales handover, including value-driven demos, pilots, RFP submissions, roadmap presentations, and customer outcome proposals.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce, detailing quantifiable pain points from prior scenarios, technical decision-making criteria, metrics, risks, and more.
• Lead and present all technical sales components throughout an Autodesk sales cycle.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, BIM, Virtual BIM Collaboration, with a preference for FORMA.
• Language proficiency: Native Spanish and Fluent English.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience with SaaS technology and sales.
