
Technical Sales Representative, Masonry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Participate in training sessions and accompany seasoned technical sales representatives to gain insights into company products, processes, culture, and customer engagement philosophy.
• Present, showcase, and endorse all existing and new products.
• Support and collaborate with distributor sales teams by providing training and motivation during company technical training sessions on a regular basis.
• Assess the distributor framework in the territory to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency, while maintaining the distributor hopper list.
• Optimize market penetration within the designated territory.
• Execute pricing strategies within market segments as instructed.
• Create and implement product promotion initiatives at the distributor level.
• Oversee the maintenance of Project Tracking files and Competitive Pricing files.
• Provide a quarterly report summarizing LATICRETE's performance and current competitive activities through intelligence gathering.
• Follow up on inquiries and leads provided by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Investigate, document, and report all service complaints and claims within the territory, coordinating with the Technical Service Division.
• Attend the annual North America Sales Meeting and assigned trade shows.
• Participate in LataVan initiatives within the assigned territory as necessary.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned, including taking on responsibilities aligned with mutually agreed objectives.
• Prior experience in selling masonry veneer products or related building materials is highly preferred.
• Willingness to relocate, if necessary.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Capability to present effectively to large audiences.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
• High degree of self-motivation.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• A strong, assertive personality.
• Proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Access.
• Intermediate knowledge and practical proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, with a preference for Oracle EnterpriseOne and CRM OnDemand.
