This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Effectively convey product offerings to customers in the refinery, petrochemical, power generation, and light industrial sectors.
• Address sales inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Analyze contracts and respond to design and technical inquiries, as well as provide updates on project status.
• Ensure ongoing communication and facilitate others to ensure timely quote and order fulfillment.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of product lines, pricing, delivery timelines, and other necessary information.
• Take ownership and maintain oversight of all customer inquiries and issues until they are resolved.
• Experience in sales within the refinery, light industrial, petrochemical, and power generation industries.
• Technical aptitude to assist customers and fabricators during the sales process and in post-sale support.
• Must reside within the sales territory and be willing to travel to customer facilities at least 80% of the time within the assigned region.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
