This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate awareness, education, and demand for LATICRETE products.
• Propel sales through distribution channels, contractors, architects/designers, end users, and builders by forging lasting partnerships.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge, including hands-on demonstrations and PowerPoint presentations.
• Analyze stocking profiles with distribution to optimize sales in the local market.
• Assist customers in identifying the most suitable systems and products for their application requirements.
• Carry out job site visits to offer technical support, including product installation training.
• Engage actively in social media groups and communications as appropriate with customers.
• Create a comprehensive Territory Business Plan to maximize opportunities and ensure the territory achieves or surpasses revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events such as trade shows, representing LATICRETE as a knowledgeable resource for product information.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in Sales or within the Construction industry.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing long-term professional partnerships.
• Industry training and certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience in product application is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the local market is highly desired.
• High degree of self-motivation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven success in coordinating and building relationships across internal departments and with a diverse range of skill sets and personalities.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, including the ability to present to large audiences.
• Proficiency in Spanish is strongly desired.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
