This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• As a Technical Sales Representative at GMP Pros, you will oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to securing a signed contract.
• Conduct high-volume, targeted outreach to leaders in engineering, quality, and operations within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and animal health manufacturing sectors.
• Utilize LinkedIn, HubSpot, email sequences, and phone communications to establish a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Identify new contacts and accounts that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including initial conversations, discovery, proposal development, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to generate leads and promote the GMP Pros brand.
• Ensure a smooth transition of signed contracts to our internal delivery and staffing team through a thorough handoff.
• Maintain connections with warm contacts and existing clients to uncover expansion opportunities and referrals.
• Act as a reliable touchpoint for accounts during periods between active engagements.
• Keep detailed records of all outreach efforts, conversations, and pipeline activities within HubSpot.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, account management, or business development.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, particularly in life sciences, biology, chemistry, engineering, or a related field; other degrees will also be considered.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (HubSpot is preferred) and LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated — you excel in a high-accountability environment without the need for constant supervision.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations and industry events as required.
