• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
• Create and implement account strategies to uncover opportunities, stimulate demand, and identify both greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Deliver clear, customer-centric solution proposals that illustrate how Emerson products address client challenges and provide measurable benefits.
• Seek out and pursue new business prospects—from the initial identification of leads through to the purchase order stage—to capitalize on the complete range of products and services available.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Business Development Managers, technical experts, and support staff, to ensure cohesive alignment and effective pursuit strategies.
• Implement strategic pricing approaches that harmonize customer requirements with business goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to anticipate customer needs and discover new opportunities.
• Ensure accurate documentation of activities, forecasts, and account insights within CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience pertaining to our products and industry.
• At least 1 year of relevant technical sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with little supervision.
• Willingness and capacity to travel within the designated territory as necessary, including the possibility of occasional overnight trips.
• Availability for occasional travel outside the territory for factory training and meetings.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, or Business is preferred.
• Preferred candidates will have three (3) or more years of relevant technical sales experience.
