This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Serve as a Strategic Partner to both existing and potential clients, thoroughly understanding their business requirements and proposing solutions to enhance and expand sales.
• Utilize effective sales techniques and CRM systems to promote and market the company's offerings, brand, and overall value.
• Perform regular territory assessments and strategic planning to discover and seize opportunities.
• Actively seek and secure significant project business, showcasing a strong aptitude for closing deals.
• Prioritize effectively and manage time proficiently.
• Create product-centered solutions to resolve customers' underlying challenges.
• Provide sales solutions both autonomously and collaboratively, working cohesively across teams to achieve success.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or a combination of education and experience pertinent to our products and industry.
• At least 1 year of relevant technical sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the territory as needed, with the possibility of occasional overnight trips.
• Availability for occasional travel outside the territory for factory training and meetings.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, or Business (preferred).
• Three (3) or more years of relevant technical sales experience (preferred).
