This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within designated accounts to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.

• Create and implement account strategies to uncover opportunities, generate demand, and identify both greenfield and brownfield projects.

• Deliver clear, customer-centric solution presentations that illustrate how Emerson's offerings effectively address customer challenges and provide measurable value.

• Seek out and pursue new business opportunities—from initial lead generation to purchase order—to leverage the complete range of product and service offerings.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Business Development Managers, technical experts, and support personnel, to ensure alignment and effective strategies for pursuit.

• Employ strategic pricing approaches that reconcile customer requirements with business goals.

• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to predict customer requirements and identify new opportunities.

• Keep precise records of activities, forecasts, and account insights within CRM systems.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 1 year of relevant technical sales experience.

• A valid Driver’s License.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

• Willingness and ability to travel within the designated territory as necessary, with potential for occasional overnight trips.

• Availability for occasional travel outside the territory for factory training and meetings.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, or Business.

• - Three (3) or more years of relevant technical sales experience.
