This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Foster and enhance sales within existing customer accounts (customer retention).
• Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting and cold calling - Sales Hunter.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to deliver service and technical assistance to current customers.
• Organize requests for information or quotations.
• Oversee approval projects for introducing new technologies and applications to both current and potential customers.
• Create a strategic territory plan.
• Suggest and execute marketing strategies within the designated territory.
• Promote continuous improvement and share technical knowledge, competitive insights, product information, and methodologies.
• Keep essential information updated in our internal CRM system.
• 2-5 years of experience in SALES, particularly in Cold Calling.
• Possess a mechanical aptitude.
• Have a foundational understanding of welding/welding distribution, wear mechanisms, and maintenance & repair welding.
• Be target-driven individuals who thrive under pressure and enjoy setting and achieving goals.
• Energetic and self-motivated personality.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and a commitment to client service.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and an excellent ability to listen.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
