This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Manage the candidate selection process by identifying and evaluating potential candidates.
• Establish and sustain a robust network of candidates through thorough market research.
• Create an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy.
• Present exceptional candidates for available positions and address any objections during the hiring process.
• Advise hiring managers on final candidate selections and compensation packages.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are achieved.
• Regularly update and maintain reports, including data from the applicant tracking system.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively undertake all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive sourcing, advanced online searches, and candidate negotiation and closing.
• Capability to surpass performance expectations and targets.
• Always keep the recruitment pipeline in focus.
• Strong client orientation with a commitment to ongoing improvement.
• Proficient in executing recruitment strategies, with a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.
• Excellent time management skills, adaptability to change, and a willingness to demonstrate flexibility.
• Actively engage in the recruiting team and promote a culture of open collaboration.
• Proven computer proficiency, including intermediate skills in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong presence on social media.
