This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Focused on dealer initiatives, this role supports Sales Managers and Dealers by addressing technical inquiries from both customers and dealers, while collaborating closely with Customer Care to foster interest and generate purchasing potential for MillerKnoll products.
• Involve and coordinate resources from MillerKnoll and dealers to seize sales opportunities.
• Take ownership and accountability for the opportunity until the order is placed.
• Provide timely and accurate forecasting information, along with valuable market insights.
• Act as a liaison between Sales Managers, Dealers, and Customer Care for order processing, assisting Sales Managers with day-to-day customer and dealer inquiries.
• Offer Technical and Specification support to dealers in collaboration with Portfolio leads as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and dealers regarding lead times, technical product information, and more.
• Assist Sales Managers in preparing responses to tenders by compiling pertinent information about the company and its products.
• Ensure exceptional quality in presentations, whether verbal or written (RFI / RFP / Tender), representing either MillerKnoll or the dealer, aiming for best-in-class standards.
• Develop quotations to assist Sales Managers with straightforward and minor requests.
• Coordinate after-sales inquiries with Customer Care and Logistics departments.
• Achieve financial sales targets by cultivating strong, mutually beneficial relationships with designated Dealers through effective problem-solving and opportunity provision.
• Maintain ongoing daily relationships and be the preferred contact for technical matters and everyday sales inquiries with the designated dealer.
• Acquire comprehensive product and program knowledge to effectively communicate MillerKnoll's differentiators and advantages over competitors.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports to the Regional Manager, ensuring Salesforce is updated and fully utilized for all opportunities.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in generating new business for at least 2 years, or in a related field.
• Valid driving license (maximum of 6 points).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in English and another regional language, with Russian being a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of sales skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both verbal and written forms.
• High levels of drive and energy, with the capacity to work independently.
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment when appropriate.
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed and readiness for regular early starts; this position may require travel to various locations within NCEE and Europe, though travel will not be extensive.
• Competence in preparing quotations and forecasting information with numerical accuracy.
