Technical Sales Manager – Pump & Treatment Rental

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conducting systematic condition audits, health assessments, and site inspections on installed Wedeco UV systems and their components throughout the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

• Recognizing possibilities for refurbishment, upgrades, modernization, and system expansion.

• Examining installed systems through both visual assessments and hands-on inspections, which includes evaluating electrical equipment.

• Transforming site observations into comprehensive, customer-ready service reports.

• Establishing robust working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Spotting related service, spare parts, refurbishment, and service agreement opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified electrician, electrical technician, or service engineer with an electrical bias and relevant credentials.

• Typically holds City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3+ in Engineering Maintenance or Electrical Installation.

• Strong foundation in electrical engineering, preferably including the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).

• Familiarity with industrial process equipment.

• Experience with control panels, wiring, testing and inspection, as well as instrumentation and control systems.

• Capability to interpret electrical circuit diagrams and technical specifications.

• Basic understanding of PLC logic, HMI systems, and SCADA environments.

• Proficient in crafting clear and comprehensive technical reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in the water or wastewater industry is a plus.

• Knowledge of UV systems and the aftermarket/service sector would be advantageous.
