This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with retail and distribution clients.
• Identify growers and set up demonstration trials.
• Analyze competitive pricing and marketing approaches.
• Create and execute a sales growth strategy.
• Offer technical assistance regarding fertilizers.
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives through a well-structured business plan.
• Provide market analysis and pinpoint emerging trends.
• Compile annual sales forecasts and reports.
• Represent ICL at trade fairs and events.
• Maximize the use of CRM tools to oversee territory performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in agricultural sales.
• Strong field experience in Chihuahua, San Luis Potosí, and Tamaulipas.
• Demonstrated success in commercial sales execution.
• Capability to manage demonstration farms and technical trials.
• Technical knowledge in fertilizers and crop nutrition.
• Experience in creating nutrient management programs.
• Understanding of nutrient solution formulation using fertilizers.
• Familiarity with agricultural field equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and MapPoint.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% within the region.
