This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Proactively reaching out to and assisting buyers who show interest in Techpilot.
β’ Demonstrating our platform through phone calls and online meetings: You illustrate how Techpilot, as a B2B marketplace, fosters long-term partnerships between buyers and suppliers.
β’ Providing guidance to our customers on use cases, advantages, and best practices associated with the platform.
β’ Developing and nurturing customer relationships with an emphasis on satisfaction and prolonged engagement.
β’ Evaluating requested parts/drawings and offering advice to buyers regarding the quality and clarity of their inquiries.
β’ You possess the ability to influence contacts at the decision-making level (including managing directors and heads of purchasing).
β’ You have completed vocational training or hold a degree, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related discipline.
β’ You demonstrate a genuine passion for technology and manufacturing processes.
β’ You are sociable and approachable, able to work independently, and manage your contacts effectively.
β’ Proficiency in German and strong spoken and written English skills are essential; knowledge of any additional foreign language is a plus.
