Technical Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Quality Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proactively reaching out to and assisting buyers who show interest in Techpilot.

• Demonstrating our platform through phone calls and online meetings: You illustrate how Techpilot, as a B2B marketplace, fosters long-term partnerships between buyers and suppliers.

• Providing guidance to our customers on use cases, advantages, and best practices associated with the platform.

• Developing and nurturing customer relationships with an emphasis on satisfaction and prolonged engagement.

• Evaluating requested parts/drawings and offering advice to buyers regarding the quality and clarity of their inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess the ability to influence contacts at the decision-making level (including managing directors and heads of purchasing).

• You have completed vocational training or hold a degree, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related discipline.

• You demonstrate a genuine passion for technology and manufacturing processes.

• You are sociable and approachable, able to work independently, and manage your contacts effectively.

• Proficiency in German and strong spoken and written English skills are essential; knowledge of any additional foreign language is a plus.
