This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving significant growth and a profitable product mix.
• Work in collaboration with retail partners and internal teams to broaden product assortment and facilitate the introduction of new products.
• Evaluate sales trends and performance metrics to develop actionable plans for enhancement.
• Manage advertising and promotional budgets within the territory to optimize return on investment.
• Supervise training programs for retail sales teams to bolster brand advocacy.
• Ensure operational efficiency by overseeing order fulfillment and addressing backorder challenges.
• Engage in business reviews and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of sales experience with major retail customers; experience in assisted selling on the floor is preferred.
• Strong skills in analysis, negotiation, and presentation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
