This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Build and nurture relationships with targeted existing and prospective customers to establish IFF as the preferred supplier.
• Provide technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer-driven projects.
• Identify and assess new market trends and opportunities, developing these into new business to expand the company's market share within the bakery sector.
• Manage negotiations regarding pricing and conditions.
• Create long-term sales strategies for key customers and accounts, monitoring and adjusting sales activities to meet these objectives in line with IFF’s category strategy.
• Actively represent the company's profile at conferences, trade shows, and industry seminars.
• A professional with a background in bakery technology and a solid practical understanding and experience with bakery enzymes.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English and possess a valid driving license.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of another language is desirable).
• Customer-focused and open-minded.
• Demonstrated project management skills, showcasing full ownership in driving new business opportunities.
