📋 Description

• We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Technical Sales Manager (TSM) to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will be tasked with fostering sales growth in your designated territory by devising and executing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with customers, distributors, and other regional stakeholders, as well as providing outstanding customer service and product expertise. Your product focus will encompass Fluke Networks (FNET), Fluke Process Instruments (FPI), and our High Touch Industrial Group (IG) portfolio. As leaders in their respective markets, you will utilize go-to-market and sales strategy synergies to enhance growth and unlock cross-selling opportunities.

• **Primary Responsibilities:**

• - Generate new bookings by creating end-user demand, strategically organizing territory coverage with partners, and implementing strategies for rapid market share expansion.

• - Exhibit strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the capability to influence, organize, and cultivate demand, relationships, and successful strategies.

• - Actively market Fluke products to meet sales targets through relationship building, training, support, and engaging with end-users.

• - Establish yourself as the local expert on Fluke products, solutions, and applications.

• - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, provide training, and respond to customer needs.

• - Keep precise CRM records and manage the sales pipeline through consistent follow-up with prospects.

• - Combine technical expertise with persuasive communication skills to effectively present Fluke solutions.

• - Operate remotely from a home office while traveling to customer locations within the territory (standard week: anticipate 2 days in the home office and 3 days traveling).

• - Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors and end-users by offering customized solutions utilizing Fluke’s equipment, software, and services.

• - Leverage internal Fluke support teams to optimize territory growth and ensure customer success.

• - Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies that achieve or surpass targets within a defined territory.

• - Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and obtaining new business opportunities.

• - Strong history of establishing and nurturing customer relationships through exceptional service and support.

• - Proven ability to successfully balance short-term goals (quarterly orders/sales targets, expense management, etc.) with longer-term strategic objectives.

• - Exhibit reliability, empathy, and teamwork by supporting colleagues, encouraging open communication, and contributing to collective success.

• - Strong technical aptitude with the ability to clearly articulate product functionalities and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

• - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.

• - Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.

• - Maintain accurate and current records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM.

• - Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its offerings.

• - Stay informed on industry trends and advancements.

• - Must be based in Italy.
