Technical Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the current value chain of design offices and cultivate new engineers by enhancing their understanding of fiber reinforced concrete technology.

• Build robust relationships within the tunneling and mining sectors to promote awareness of the potential applications of fiber reinforced concrete.

• Contribute to the expansion of the Dramix® steel fibers, Synmix® macro synthetic, and Duomix® micro synthetic markets by boosting technology awareness through design offices and key influencers.

• Assist the Sales team in securing specific projects related to the aforementioned applications.

• Deliver compelling technical presentations to both small and large audiences, whether in person or online.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical sales or similar positions.

• A Master’s degree in tunnel engineering or civil/structural engineering, with a PE license required.

• At least 5 years of experience in the underground construction industry.

• Knowledge of industrial building codes and ACI standards.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
