This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, assess, and cultivate new business prospects within the Aerospace, Space & Defense sectors.
• Create and sustain a strong pipeline through market analysis, networking, industry involvement, and lead follow-up.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and service solutions that meet customer needs and align with Astro Pak's capabilities.
• Achieve or surpass revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Enhance existing customer relationships by boosting program participation and share of wallet.
• Build and uphold strong connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, assisting customers in addressing complex challenges related to contamination control, precision cleaning, and cleanroom services.
• Develop communication channels that position Astro Pak within both current and upcoming customer initiatives.
• Ensure outstanding customer experiences through proactive engagement and responsiveness.
• Cultivate and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Aerospace, Space & Defense industries, market trends, and customer needs.
• Enhance Astro Pak's visibility through participation in trade shows, conferences, professional associations, and industry networking events.
• Identify new opportunities, technologies, and market changes that facilitate business growth.
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Estimating, Customer Service, and Operations teams to advance opportunities and ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as the primary commercial link between customers and internal teams.
• Support strategic initiatives and organizational goals as business requirements evolve.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6-10 years of successful experience in quota-carrying sales and business development.
• Proven experience in selling to the Aerospace, Space & Defense industries.
• A demonstrated history of generating new business and expanding key customer accounts.
• Strong technical acumen with the capability to comprehend and convey complex service solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems; preference for Microsoft Dynamics experience.
• Valid Class C driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Export Control regulations and federally mandated standards.
