This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Drive technical sales initiatives from identifying opportunities to finalizing orders.
• Oversee the complete product homologation and end-user approval process.
• Deliver specialized technical support and product expertise to customers and internal teams.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
• Organize product testing and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between regulatory agencies and testing laboratories.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor products to uncover growth prospects.
• Foster robust relationships with end users to ensure their satisfaction and collect feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in transformer bushings.
• In-depth technical knowledge of transformer components and their construction.
• Familiarity with homologation and regulatory compliance processes.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across various functions and operate in a global setting.
• Willingness and capability to travel both domestically and internationally.
