• Assist the commercial team as the business expands.
• Interact with shipowners, operators, and naval architects.
• Convert technical and performance data into coherent proposals.
• Take part in feasibility studies, fuel savings modeling, and ROI discussions.
• Participate in meetings and gather technical information.
• Sustain momentum throughout longer sales cycles that usually span from six months to a year.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Aerospace Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Some experience in an engineering, technical sales support, or a customer-facing engineering position.
• The capability to comprehend and articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A keen interest in customer engagement and commercially oriented projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and the confidence to contribute during meetings.
• A genuine passion for maritime decarbonization, clean technology, or vessel efficiency.
• Willingness to travel internationally to customer locations, shipyards, and industry events.
