• Over 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proficient coding abilities (beyond "technical aptitude"). Comfortable creating and modifying functional examples in JavaScript and HTML/CSS, while articulating decisions clearly.
• Demonstrated experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations (authentication, payloads, retries, error handling, debugging).
• Proven track record of developing tangible technical artifacts like serverless functions, lightweight backend services, automation scripts, or integration applets to validate workflows and solutions during enterprise sales cycles.
• Capability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders through various trade-offs (security, time-to-value, maintainability, UX).
• Significant customer-facing/business-facing experience (pre-sales, professional services, implementations, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or similar). Must be adept at leading technical discussions with senior prospect stakeholders, including executive buyers.
• Excellent communication skills: adept at asking insightful questions, capable of whiteboarding/teaching, and able to present a clear viewpoint with executive presence.
• Experience working with or around B2B SaaS products that facilitate sales/service/customer experience workflows (understanding customer service personas and the operational realities of care teams).
• Stock options and a competitive salary
• Support for professional development (training, courses, conferences, books, etc.)
• Access to all the latest tools and equipment you'll need
• Sports compensation and reimbursement for therapy and counseling sessions
• Team events: annual employee awards, internal hackathons, and a variety of enjoyable events from cooking to the Glia Olympic Games :)
