This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Foster and enhance relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Advocate for solutions across various sectors, including water treatment, petrochemical production, refining, construction, and environmental remediation.
• Analyze and convey market trends, opportunities, and risks to management, along with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with operations and internal teams to surpass customer expectations.
• Provide support for inside sales and actively promote safety-related products.
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives, encompassing online campaigns, social media, and editorial content.
• Create presentations, reports, and internal communications.
• Assist and engage in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences from the planning stage to execution.
• Oversee the local depot, ensuring material checks, quality assurance, and status monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to statutory Health & Safety regulations.
• Maintain precise records of incidents and operational activities.
• Assist with additional daily business activities as necessary.
• A degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering or a related technical field.
• A strong engineering background is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in the pump industry and/or the industrial cleaning sector.
• A demonstrated track record in sales.
• Experience in customer support, both B2B and B2C.
• Strong market knowledge within relevant industries.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
• A proactive and hands-on approach.
• Open-mindedness towards new systems, tools, and ideas.
• Strong skills in time management and planning.
• Capability to work independently and with precision.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
