This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Accountable for driving the sales of electronic components that are used in control systems for firetrucks, ambulances, and other specialized vehicles.
• Identify opportunities that contribute to the promotion and delivery of Weldon Electronics.
• Perform market research to discover and cultivate new business prospects.
• Actively engage, educate, and support channel partners, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and dealers.
• Deliver valuable voice of the customer (VOC) feedback to the company for the effective growth of our services.
• Suggest and take part in initiatives for New Product Development as necessary.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree in sales, engineering, electrical engineering, or technology, along with over 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in technical sales and customer support within the fire and safety sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects that vary in complexity concurrently.
• Self-driven, with the capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong technical expertise in electronic components, control systems, and their applications in fire and safety systems.
