This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the management of Client bids (RFQ, RFP) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bid.
• Facilitate discussions among internal contributors, delegate deadlines to individual stakeholders, and ensure timely preparation of responses.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables utilizing the Project Intake Form (PIF) by Business Development.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) as required to create and draft a tailored Scope of Work (“SOW”).
• Supervise the calculation of labor resources and pricing in alignment with established price indicators.
• Work with Executive Leadership to secure special price approvals on behalf of Business Development.
• Meet deadlines by effectively prioritizing tasks and managing workload.
• Collaborate with commercial leads to prioritize proposals during peak periods.
• Assess technical requirements and convert customer needs into innovative solutions and actionable deliverables.
• When necessary, engage directly with customers to address inquiries related to proposals/RFPs and/or refine the scope of work.
• Participate in project hand-off meetings with the Sales Support team to provide essential project information for the execution team.
• Track and update the Proposal ID Tracker and CRM tool to maintain the current status of each request.
• Review feedback from clients and the sales organization to enhance future proposals and your overall approach.
• Actively propose solutions and improvements for business processes and procedures.
• Take a hands-on approach to knowledge development, becoming a key contributor in meetings with collaborators and acquiring new proposal writing skills.
• Coordinate with the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations to keep the CEA Library current.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (4+ years of experience).
• A minimum of 2+ years of technical experience in a customer-facing role within a technical field.
• At least 2+ years in a customer-facing position; experience in the Renewable Energy sector is preferred.
• Direct experience within the renewable energy industry, particularly in solar or storage, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in writing proposals and formulating scopes of work.
• Demonstrated proactive behavior with a “Can do”/“Get it done” mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and technical writing skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, along with meticulous attention to detail.
• Adept at multitasking and managing several projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Hubspot and/or Deltek, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience working in interdisciplinary teams comprising colleagues and external partners.
