This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee and expand business dealings with both end users and distributor partners.
• Advise customers by offering metal cutting solutions that are customized to their manufacturing requirements.
• Generate new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with current accounts.
• Travel frequently within the territory (50-60%) to connect with customers and partners.
• Balance the sale of technical solutions with territory management, sales administration, and reporting.
• Work collaboratively with distributor partners through joint visits, lead generation, and technical assistance.
• 5-7 years of proven success in technical, consultative sales within manufacturing or distribution sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge with demonstrated experience in metal cutting or manufacturing solutions.
• Capability to operate independently in a home or virtual office setting.
• Proficient in qualifying leads, demonstrating products, and influencing customer decisions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a focus on solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region and nearby areas.
• Must reside within the assigned geographic territory.
