This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a highly capable, independent technical community within the partner ecosystem
• Act as the main architectural authority for our National VAR portfolio
• Create and implement a technical enablement strategy
• Advocate for the partner-driven sales approach
• Assist partners in designing and launching lucrative professional services practices
• Support the initial technical sales efforts alongside our partners
• Observe and mentor partner SEs during active deal cycles
• Record distinctive data routing use cases
• Extensive knowledge of IT Operations and Enterprise Security
• Significant experience in managing data pipeline architectures—particularly Logs, Metrics, and Traces (OTel)
• Practical expertise in JavaScript and Regex
• Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud data architectures and contemporary object storage solutions (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob, Snowflake, MinIO)
• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Systems Engineering, Technical Professional Services, or high-level Technical Support
• Experienced remote worker with a sense of curiosity and resilience
