This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated T2 Major Accounts to nurture ongoing business relationships and drive revenue growth.

• Actively seek out and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts to enhance market reach and generate additional revenue.

• Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including technical personnel and senior management.

• Design and deliver network and cloud solution architectures utilizing a diverse range of technologies, adopting a consultative approach to ensure alignment with client business needs and objectives.

• Spearhead the design and execution of advanced solutions for customer engagement, network analytics, and operational automation, incorporating AI-driven initiatives where applicable.

• Seamlessly integrate cloud SaaS solutions with customer BSS/OSS environments, ensuring operational efficiency and automation.

• Aid customers in the setup and testing of hardware and software platforms during lab trials, field tests, and in production networks, providing guidance on technical best practices.

• Present technical demonstrations and presentations to client technical teams and senior management, including C-level executives.

• Assist in the preparation and response for RFIs and RFPs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance product offerings, training, testing, and demonstrations continuously.

• Work closely with the Sales team to provide technical sales presentations and support strategic account planning.

• Participate in the development and enhancement of solution playbooks, interoperation guides, and best practices for T2 Major Accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (BSEE or BSCS preferred).

• Experience with Tier 1 & 2 service providers or Open Access service providers is highly advantageous.

• Industry certifications (e.g., Wi-Fi, MEF, Cisco, Juniper, Cloud Computing Professional Certification) are beneficial.

• Strong technical knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 broadband access network architectures and fiber-based broadband access systems (e.g., XGS-PON, GPON).

• Familiarity with Wi-Fi technology and in-home network solutions (Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 7, mesh networking).

• Understanding of service provider network architecture and technologies (BNG, MPLS, L2/L3 access, photonic transport).

• Proficient in service provider routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, SR) and transport functions (L2/3 VPN).

• Experience with protocols and standards related to broadband CPE management (TR-069/CWMP, TR-369/USP, TR-181, TR-098, TR-157).

• Working knowledge of systems integration concepts and technologies, including RESTful APIs and JSON.

• Awareness of emerging technologies and trends, such as cloud-based solutions (SaaS), software-defined networking (SDN), and AI/ML frameworks.
