This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and ERP integrations is essential.
• Responsible for preparing and creating technical presentations/demos, as well as setting up trials or proofs of concept to illustrate our company's products or services to clients.
• Collaborating with both customers and sales teams to understand client needs and offer sales assistance.
• Engaging in research, development, and modification of products to fulfill customers' technical requirements and demands.
• Assisting clients experiencing issues with installed products and suggesting enhancements or upgraded materials and machinery.
• Gathering and documenting client feedback, analyzing the data to formulate new sales and marketing strategies aimed at potential customers.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and effectively communicating these challenges, along with potential solutions, to upper management.
• Providing training to other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's offerings.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in sales and the technology sector.
• Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, customer service, and technical sales.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
• Excellent technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good leadership qualities and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing education in sales and engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT software, including knowledge of databases, CRM, and programming languages.
• Solid understanding of APIs and proficiency in Postman for testing and integration.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot (CRM platforms).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their role in business processes.
