This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and enhance sales within your designated territory, fostering robust, enduring relationships with customers and distributors.
• Create and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored for specific markets and product categories.
• Engage in negotiations for local contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Direct global and European account initiatives in your region, including discussions on pricing.
• Discover new business prospects and identify emerging markets.
• Offer technical assistance and problem-solving expertise to both customers and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and sales opportunities utilizing CRM tools.
• Experience in Chemical or Technical Engineering.
• Several years of B2B commercial experience with consumables.
• Strong foundation in metalworking fluids or industrial lubricants.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate across cultures and establish trusted partnerships.
• Performance-based bonus.
