This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and seek out new sales opportunities within the process filtration sector.
• Build and sustain relationships with both current and prospective clients.
• Offer technical knowledge and assistance to customers throughout the sales journey.
• Create and deliver proposals, quotes, and technical presentations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales goals and objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or a related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• Background in wastewater treatment, water treatment, or relevant industrial process sectors.
• Strong understanding of biological treatment systems, membrane technologies, and chemical treatment methods.
• Experience in system design, process calculations, and analyzing analytical data.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Sales experience or a strong desire to transition into a technical sales position.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and support sales efforts.
