This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and present dynamic demonstrations of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and various AI tools, seamlessly integrated into enterprise applications, to showcase their effectiveness in enhancing business outcomes.
• Design and prototype state-of-the-art AI-driven use cases, highlighting innovative methods to enhance customer engagement and service efficiency.
• Offer strategic pre-sales technical expertise on data architectures, addressing client requirements for data ingestion, integration, and real-time analytics.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor to clients and partners, fostering strong relationships with their technical teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct proof of concepts and technical workshops, illustrating the transformative potential of AI and data-driven solutions for client operations.
• Work in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted packages and strategies that utilize Data Cloud and AI solutions to boost revenue.
• Prior experience in Sales Engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering data-centric and AI-driven technical presentations, workshops, customized demos, and proofs of concept on Salesforce platforms.
• In-depth understanding of data management, data architecture design, and the practical application of AI within Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce, or similar tools, along with general knowledge of common AI applications and use cases.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with a customer-centric approach, skilled at articulating how technical capabilities align with client needs.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and client stakeholders.
