Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance the enterprise architecture for applications, data, integration, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business strategies.

• Design and oversee the organization's AI-First architecture, encompassing Agent Mesh, Model Gateway, tool layer (MCP), and Governance, Trust, and Observability tracks.

• Establish architectural standards, blueprints, and guidelines for security, scalability, resilience, governance, and cost optimization.

• Provide technical leadership for technology modernization initiatives, facilitating the evolution of legacy systems through patterns such as Strangler Fig, Hexagonal Architecture, and Event-Driven Architecture.

• Define integration strategies among applications, data platforms, enterprise services, and external providers.

• Support the development of the enterprise data platform based on a Lakehouse model, promoting integration, governance, and scalability.

• Evaluate technologies, platforms, and vendors by conducting technical analyses, proofs of concept (PoCs), and feasibility studies.

• Ensure the incorporation of Information Security, Privacy, and LGPD requirements from the outset of solution conception (Security & Privacy by Design).

• Act as a technical reference for engineering, data, and security teams, supporting strategic architectural decision-making.

• Assist in the construction of the enterprise AI agents platform, enabling the secure and governed development of intelligent solutions.

• Contribute to the technology evolution roadmap and cost optimization initiatives by evaluating the architectural and financial impacts of strategic decisions.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audits, corporate governance, and enterprise architecture practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;

• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or in a comparable role;

• Experience in digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives;

• Knowledge of: Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Event-Driven Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, Integration Architecture and APIs, Data Modeling, Information Security, LGPD and Privacy by Design, and Cloud Architecture.

• Advanced English skills and a postgraduate degree are preferred.
