This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Take complete responsibility for assigned customers within the Czech Republic.
• Formulate and implement customer technology and commercial strategies and plans based on the most promising growth opportunities, leveraging fact-based analysis and comprehensive customer insights.
• Cultivate customer relationships across all levels; comprehend engineering priorities, and develop technical customer profiles that include hierarchy, strategy, products, and end-markets.
• Identify projects at the earliest stages of the design cycle and understand the challenges being addressed.
• Coordinate Arrow Engineering teams and supplier resources to optimize the product offerings across various technologies and suppliers.
• Manage customer engagement throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Relay customer/project information to Internal Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
• Proactively develop and oversee a demand creation pipeline, while maintaining a project tracking database.
• Collaborate closely with Internal Sales throughout the project lifecycle to enhance pipeline conversion into billings.
• Possess a technical education, holding a degree in engineering or technology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commercially astute: adopt a strategic selling approach with solid business understanding.
• Adept problem solver: capable of recognizing business challenges and determining how to position technology/services to address them.
• Proficient in delivering technical and commercial presentations to customers.
• Proactive, open-minded, adaptable, energetic, and committed to continuous learning.
• Ability to function effectively in a matrix business environment and utilize all available resources.
• Advanced or fluent in English.
