This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure precise communication of the product positioning message within the market, promoting AbbVie medications to the medical community and maximizing demand potential in your area to enhance market share.

• Advocate for AbbVie medications to the medical community by delivering scientific information and product advantages relevant to your therapeutic area, achieving visit targets based on defined frequency and sequencing criteria.

• Convey the concept of the medications, keeping physicians within your call group informed and updated about products in your therapeutic area, discussing pathologies, clinical contexts, and the benefits of prescribed medications.

• Broaden your call group by identifying physicians to visit using information provided by the Commercial Excellence Department and selecting target audiences based on predefined criteria.

• Strategically plan visits by defining action strategies aligned with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) principles.

• Develop the annual plan for your territory (Territory Planning) with suitable assumptions, action plans, and investments.

• Secure physicians' consent to receive communications from AbbVie.

• Utilize the Veeva platform during product promotions to physicians and ensure completion of all required segmentation surveys mandated by the company.

• Engage in congresses and medical events, registering physicians and promoting medications within your segment.

• Disseminate market intelligence with the entire in-field team.

• Present action plans to rectify or enhance results.

• Analyze monthly reports provided by the company (DATASUS, MDTR, REP&DM, HUMANIZAR, etc.) and collaborate with the District Manager regarding achieved KPIs and corresponding action plans.

• Recognize market expansion opportunities through a comprehensive understanding of the Transactional Journey.

• Execute actions and make decisions within the scope of the role while adhering to the company's Commercial Code of Conduct and Compliance policies.

• Report any adverse event occurrences to Pharmacovigilance within the company's 24-hour reporting timeframe.

• Complete 100% of all required online training provided by the company.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed university degree.

• Experience in Immunology, particularly in Gastroenterology.

• Familiarity with high-cost, high-complexity medications.

• Commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, encompassing demand generation, interaction with physicians/healthcare payers, training, healthcare management, and/or implementation of marketing and brand strategies.

• Willingness to be based in Recife, with approximately 50% travel covering the following states: Pernambuco, Paraíba, and Rio Grande do Norte.

• Intermediate proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
