This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Accountable for driving sales growth throughout the West Coast, focusing on specific sectors such as plumbing, data centers, medical, and agricultural, with a travel requirement of 50%.
β’ Safeguards, expands, and sustains sales for designated regional clients.
β’ Engages in new customer prospecting, generates opportunities, and manages relationships utilizing a comprehensive 360Β° strategy.
β’ Oversees sales opportunities and activities using established systems for the region.
β’ Addresses customer complaints and delivers field service/support.
β’ Assists key account teams at local production facilities.
β’ Efficiently manages time, resources, and the learning process.
β’ Understanding of sales processes, principles, and relevant industries.
β’ Familiarity with internal support procedures, quality management systems/principles, and their application.
β’ In-depth knowledge of Oetiker products, their applications, and assembly solutions.
β’ Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Capability to cultivate enduring business relationships.
β’ Mechanical and commercial aptitude.
β’ Demonstrated ability to learn effectively.
β’ Capacity to operate with the utmost integrity and compliance.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, complemented by pertinent technical experience.
